Marinate the chicken strips with salt, black pepper, paprika, curry powder, mixed spices, lemon juice, and buttermilk. Let it sit for 15 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the marinated chicken until golden and cooked through. Sprinkle a bit of extra spices while cooking for added flavor.

Push the chicken to one side of the pan and add sliced onion and bell peppers to the other side. Season the vegetables lightly with salt and black pepper.

Combine the sautéed chicken and vegetables and mix well. Remove the mixture from the pan.

In the same pan, melt butter and toast the pita bread on one side. Add a layer of mozzarella cheese on the bread.

Place a generous amount of the fajita mixture over the cheese, then sprinkle more cheese on top.
