Instructions
In a pot, add butter or ghee, grated onion, minced garlic, minced meat, fresh tomato juice, tomato paste, stir, add water and broth cube.
Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, spices and leave it to cook for 15 minutes.
Add hummus, fried eggplant cubes and leave them to cook for 3 minutes.
Add pomegranate molasses and parsley.
Prepare the sauce by mixing tahini, yogurt, minced garlic, lime, salt and pepper.
In the serving plate, add the toasted bread, cooked eggplant and hummus and the sauce.
Optional step: add pomegranate or chili pepper.
