Sauté grated onions in a pan until golden with hot green pepper.
Add grated tomato and cook until softened.
Stir in parsley, cilantro (and dill, if using), salt, pepper, and cumin.
Allow the mixture to cool slightly then blend the eggs in the mixture.
In a bowl, mix flour and baking powder.
Add the cooled vegetable mixture to the egg then add flour and combine well.
Pour the batter into a lined cake pan.
Bake for about 20 minutes on 180°C until golden brown.
