Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a baking dish with oil.
In a bowl, mix the vanilla cake mix with eggs, milk, and oil. Beat the mixture for 3 minutes until smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake for 30 minutes or until done.
Once baked, let the cake cool completely and poke holes across the surface using a fork or skewer.
Prepare the milk mixture by combining evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and full-fat milk.
Pour the milk mixture evenly over the cake and allow it to absorb completely. Place the cake in the fridge for 1 hour.
Whip the topping by mixing whipping cream powder, heavy cream, and cold milk until stiff peaks form.
Spread the cream evenly over the cooled cake.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top or decorate with caramel and fruits as desired.
Chill the cake in the fridge before serving for the best flavor.
