  1. Clean the lizardfish and marinate it with lemon juice, vinegar, paprika, black pepper, salt, cumin, ginger powder, grated garlic, and pepper paste. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix fine semolina and all-purpose flour with a pinch of the same spices used for the fish.
  3. Coat the marinated fish in the semolina-flour mixture thoroughly.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan until hot. Fry the fish until golden and crispy on the outside. Lower the heat after placing the fish to ensure even cooking.
  5. For the salad, chop grilled tomatoes, eggplants, onions, and bell peppers. Combine them with parsley, cumin, black pepper, vinegar, salt, and olive oil. Toss well to mix.
  6. Serve the crispy fried lizard fish alongside the refreshing grilled vegetable salad.
