Instructions
Rinse and soak the mussels.
In a pan, add olive oil, mussels, salt and cumin.
Prepare the sauce by mixing lemon juice, chopped green coriander, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, cumin and cooking cream.
Pour the sauce on the mussels, cover the pan and leave it to cook for average 10 minutes.
