Creamy Mushroom and Kofta Pasta
Description
This recipe combines creamy mushroom pasta with small tender kofta meatballs, making an easy and quick meal suitable for all tastes. The fried kofta is served with a creamy mushroom sauce and shredded cheddar cheese over boiled pasta.

Instructions
Mix the ground beef with kofta spice mix, then shape into small meatballs.
Pour olive oil into a pan and cook the meatballs until browned on all sides, then set aside.
In the same pan, slice the onion thinly and dice the mushroom into small cubes. Add butter and minced garlic, and stir.
Add the cream of mushroom soup mix, then water and milk. Add salt, pepper, thyme (if available), and red pepper flakes if desired. Stir until the powder dissolves.
Add parsley, shredded cheddar cheese, and a sprinkle of cheese. Stir until the cheese melts.
Return the meatballs to the sauce, then add the boiled pasta and toss until well combined.
Serve immediately, garnished with parsley and a little Parmesan cheese.
Chef Note
You can substitute milk with water for a lighter sauce, and add an extra sprinkle of Parmesan cheese when serving.
