In a hot pan with oil and butter, sauté the chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Remove from pan.
In the same pan, add onion and garlic. Sauté until softened. Add mushrooms and continue cooking until mushrooms are tender.
Pour in the cooking cream and stir. Optionally, add Kirri cheese for extra flavor.
Return the chicken breasts to the pan and simmer in the sauce until heated through and fully cooked.
