Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter and oil.
Add chicken to the skillet then add paprika and black pepper.
Cook the chicken in the skillet until browned on both sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add butter, sliced onion, mushroom and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent.
Sprinkle all-purpose flour into the skillet and stir well.
Gradually pour in heavy cream and milk mustard stirring constantly.
Add soy sauce to the skillet. Stir until the sauce thickens.
Return the chicken to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes.
Serve the chicken piccata with white rice.
