In a blender, mince the Chicken thighs then add the spices, blend again.

Using your wet hands, start shaping the nuggets then dip into the panko.

Fry in hot oil on medium heat.

Note: You can use ground corn flakes instead of the breadcrumbs/ panko. You can store it in the freezer either in the minced chicken form or as shaped nuggets.
