Instructions

  1. To prepare the caramelized condensed milk (or dulce de leche), simmer a can of condensed milk in a water bath for 2 and a half hours.
  2. In a food processor or blender, grind the biscuits into fine crumbs.
  3. Transfer the biscuits to a bowl and add the melted butter and cinnamon. Mix well.
  4. Use a cheesecake tin or a pie dish, spread the biscuits, and press with medium pressure using your hand to make a compact crust.
  5. Place it in a freezer for about 30 minutes.
  6. Remove the condensed milk can from the water bath and let it cool before opening the can. When cooled down open the can and spread the caramelized condensed milk over the crust.
  7. Arrange the sliced bananas over the caramel.
  8. To prepare the cream layer, in a deep bowl, add the whipping cream, powdered cream, and the chilled full cream milk. Whisk with a hand blender until combined.
  9. Pour over the banana's layer and spread evenly. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  10. For the final layer blend some biscuits and roasted hazelnuts, and mix with some ground coconut. Sprinkle on top.
