Baked Rice with Shrimps

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a pan, add butter and rosemary then pan fry the peeled shrimps.
  2. Season with salt, pepper & garlic powder.
  3. After a minute on each side, remove the shrimps from the pan.
  4. In the same pan, add the rice and stir.
  5. Season with salt & pepper.
  6. In a bowl add broth, milk and cooking cream.
  7. Season with salt & pepper and stir.
  8. In a pyrex, add half the quantity of the rice then half the quantity of the milk mixture then half the quantity of the shrimps.
  9. Repeat the process for the other half.
  10. Add cream on top.
  11. Bake in the oven (under the broiler) for 15 minutes.
  12. Cover the pyrex and let it cook in the oven for 45 minutes.
