In a bowl, add lemon, garlic, vinegar and season with salt, pepper, dried coriander and cumin.

Wash liver with milk.

Add half of the marination to the liver and mix well. Leave in marination for at least 2 hours or overnight.

In a pan, add a lot of oil then pan fry the other half of the marination.

Add the liver gradually.

Add the sliced bell pepper and stir (it won't take more than 10 minutes to cook).
