  1. In a pan, add oil & butter then add the sliced onion, cook for a bit then add the sliced mushrooms and let it cook for 4 to 5 minutes then set aside
  2. In the same pan, add the sliced beef and cook for 5 to 7 minutes (add oil & butter if needed)
  3. Bring the mushrooms & onions back to the pan
  4. Season with salt & pepper then add stock, mustard and bay leaves and bring to a boil
  5. Add cooking cream and sour cream and let it simmer for 3 to 4 minutes
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve with mashed potatoes
