  2. In a pan, add oil then the minced onion
  3. Add carrot and bell pepper
  4. Add all spices and mix
  5. Cut chicken into cubes and add to the pan
  6. Add chickpeas
  7. Add boiling water and leave it to cook on low heat
  8. When rice is ready, add nuts and almonds
