Cook Marinated Chicken

  1. In a pan, add olive oil & cook chicken breasts on both sides

Prepare the Pesto Cheese Sauce

  1. In a pan, mix cooking cream, cornflour, pesto sauce
  2. Add mozzarella cheese gradually and stir
  3. Season with salt & pepper
  4. Add the grilled chicken to the sauce
  5. Top it with parmesan cheese and basil leaves
