Description
Karak tea is a popular hot drink in the Gulf, known for its strong and creamy taste thanks to the addition of condensed and evaporated milk and a blend of spices such as cardamom, cinnamon, and ginger.
This drink is prepared by boiling tea with spices and sugar, then adding milk to achieve a thick consistency and rich flavor.

Instructions
In a pot, add water then add the cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, and ginger in a pot over heat for 3-4 minutes.
Add tea and sugar to taste, and optionally add two tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk.
After the mixture boils twice, add milk (regular or evaporated) and let it boil two or three more times.
Add a pinch of saffron to deepen the flavor, then serve the tea in a thermos or dallah.
