Instructions
Boil the pasta until very soft, then drain.
In a blender, place the boiled soft pasta with milk, sugar, whipped cream, powdered milk, and vanilla, and blend well until the mixture is smooth.
Return the mixture to a pot and add the cornstarch dissolved in water, then stir continuously over heat until the consistency becomes thick.
Grease a pan with ghee or butter, then pour the mixture into it and let it cool briefly until set.
Sprinkle the top with honey, powdered sugar, or butter as desired.
Bake in an open oven at a low temperature from top for 10 minutes.
