Smoked Salmon & Crab Sticks Pasta

This quick recipe combines the flavor of smoked salmon and crab sticks in a rich creamy sauce. Add a touch of lemon and dill for an irresistibly fresh taste.

Cut the smoked salmon into small pieces and flake the crab sticks. Add olive oil, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Set the mixture aside.
Boil the pasta according to the package instructions.
In a pan, heat the butter with olive oil and garlic without burning. Add half the salmon and crab mixture and stir gently.
Add the lemon zest, half a cup of pasta cooking water, two cups of cooking cream, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese (optional). Let the sauce thicken.
Add the boiled pasta to the sauce and stir. Add the dill and extra lemon zest.
Serve the pasta on a serving plate, garnish with dill and extra Parmesan (or any cheese of your choice), then add the remaining half of the salmon and crab mixture.
