Description

  1. Marinate the calamari with egg, milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, turmeric, and lemon, and set aside.
  2. Mix the flour with starch and the same spices used in marinating the calamari.
  3. Dip the calamari in the flour mixture.
  4. Place the calamari in hot oil and stir frequently until golden, do not leave it in the oil for more than two minutes.
  5. Remove onto a rack, then add lemon juice, salt, black pepper, parsley, cilantro, or any available herbs.
