Grilled Chicken with Thyme and Pomegranate Sauce
Description
This is a grilled chicken recipe with a wonderful flavor combining yogurt, honey, pomegranate molasses, and thyme. An easy and quick marinade that gives the chicken a rich taste.
The chicken is served with french fries, pomegranate, and a ranch sauce made with yogurt for an irresistible taste.

Mix the buttermilk with salt, pepper, paprika, mixed spices, honey, pomegranate molasses, thyme, and olive oil to form the marinade.
Clean the chicken with scissors and spatchcock it.
Pat the chicken dry well.
Place the chicken in the marinade and let it sit for 1 hour to 2 days.
Bake the chicken in a preheated oven at 180°C for 1 hour on each side.
Shortly before the end of baking, spread the pomegranate molasses and thyme mixture over the chicken.
10 minutes before finishing, give it a good color.
Serve the chicken with french fries, pomegranate, and a sauce made from ranch and yogurt.
