Description

A simple and quick recipe for croissant with cream, where the croissant is toasted in the oven and then soaked in a mixture of milk, cream and vanilla. The recipe is garnished with whipped cream and served cold.

  1. Cut the croissant into small pieces.
  2. Place the croissant in the oven for 10 minutes to toast.
  3. Put half a can of cream with milk, sugar and vanilla on the stove until it boils.
  4. After toasting the croissant, place it in a serving dish and pour the hot milk mixture over it.
  5. Add the remaining cream and a little whipped cream.
  6. Bake for two minutes then serve.

Chef Note

You can toast the croissant a little longer for a crispier texture.
