Toast with Egg and Toppings

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Make an omelet and cook until the eggs are set.
While the egg is cooking, place two slices of toast in the pan, arranging them opposite to each other.
Once the egg is cooked, carefully flip the toast so that the egg is facing upwards.
Add a slice of pastrami, a generous amount of grated mozzarella cheese, slices of turkey, and olives on top of the egg.
Fold the two slices of toast together to enclose the egg and toppings.
Allow the toast to cook for a few more minutes until the cheese melts and the toast becomes crispy.
Serve immediately and enjoy a delicious, cheesy breakfast!
