Chocolate Peanut Butter French Toast

Slice the croissant toast into thick slices.
Cut an opening in the top of each slice without going all the way through.
Fill each slice with a tbsp of peanut butter and a piece of milk chocolate.
In a deep plate, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla and salt.
To a plastic bag, add in the cornflakes and seal tightly.
Using a rolling pin or a wooden spoon, smash the cornflakes into a chunky crumb. Empty it into another deep bowl.
Dip the stuffed slices of croissant toast into the milk, make sure to soak it from all sides.
Move it into the cornflakes crumb and press it into the toast from all sides.
In a small pan, melt a little bit of butter and fry the toast from all sides until golden and crispy.
