  3. Mix in optional proteins like Pastrami or turkey slices.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a small amount of oil or butter.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and spread evenly.
  6. Lower the heat, cover the pan, and let the egg cook slowly until fully set.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the cooked egg.
  8. Gently roll the egg into a tight roll while still in the pan.
  9. Remove the roll from the pan and slice it into sushi-like rings.
