Vegetarian Okra Stew (Bamya)

In a pot, add oil and cook the minced onion till it gets a golden color.
Add minced garlic, dry coriander, okra, vegetables broth, peeled tomato juice and leave it to cook.
Add tomato paste, hot water, cover it and leave it to cook for 20 minutes.
In a separate pan, add oil, minced garlic , chopped chili pepper (optional) and dry coriander.
In a tajin, add the cooked okra, add the tasha and cook it in the oven for 30 minutes.
