Potatoes With Chicken And Béchamel

Instructions
Peel the potato and cut it in half, then carve it to be empty from the middle.
Fry the potato in oil or in the air fryer for 20 minutes or bake it in the oven.
Stuff the potato with the prepared cream and thyme chicken, or any other protein of your choice.
Cover the potato with béchamel and cheese mix and bake until the cheese melts.
