  3. Add starch with a strainer to avoid any clumps. Whisk well until it disappears.
  4. Add lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla. Whisk again.
  5. In a deep pan lined with parchment paper, pour the mixture and add strawberries or berries if preferred.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
  7. When removed from the oven, transfer to a plate and place it in the refrigerator.
  8. To prepare the sauce, in a pan over low heat, add strawberries or berries, diet sugar, and water. Stir until the desired consistency is reached.
  9. Serve the cake after being chilled, topped with the prepared sauce.
