  1. In a pan, add the oil and vermicelli - Mix and make sure it's properly coated
  2. Keep stirring until it turns brown
  3. Add the stock, water and a pinch of cinnamon
  4. Cover and leave it on low heat for about 7 minutes
  5. Add butter and leave it until it melts
  6. Add toasted nuts on top and enjoy
