Instructions
- Wash the potato well. Make some holes with a fork. Add oil, salt & pepper on all sides.
- Bake on the rack of a preheated oven on 180 degrees for about an hour. Take it out of the oven when you can easily put a fork through it.
- Cut it horizontally with a knife. Add salt, pepper, Butter & Mozzarella. Start mixing till they melt.
- Note: You can add whatever toppings you like.
- Toppings suggestions: Hotdog, pastrami, sweet corn, minced meat and salsa, red beans, olives, peas and carrots mixed with mayonnaise or ranch sauce, mustard, ketchup or hot sauce.
