Tomato Sauce
- Add Olive Oil and Garlic to a pan and sauté together.
- Add the Tomato Paste and let it brown slightly.
- Pour in the Tomatoe Puree and stir.
- Add Salt, Black Pepper, Sugar, and Italian Herbs.
- Mix everything well and let the sauce simmer for 10 to 15 minutes until it thickens.
Cooking Pasta
- Bring Water to a boil with Salt and cook the Spinach Ricotta Tortellini.
- Boil the pasta for 4 to 6 minutes, then remove it from the water.
- Add the cooked Tortellini to the sauce and mix everything together.
- Transfer the mixture to a cast iron skillet, pyrex dish, or any baking dish..
- Sprinkle Mozzarella Cheese on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes until the cheese is melted.
