  1. In a bowl, mix leftover shredded chicken with mayonnaise, olives, dokka spices
  2. Make sandwich by placing chedder cheese in the middle on the toast (not fully covering the toast) then a layer of chicken mix then a layer of cheddar cheese
  3. Use a round cutter to cut through the toast (like in video) then press on the sides
  4. Lighter version: In a pan, add oil and grill the round toast on both sides
  5. For frying: prepare 2 bowl and add breadcrumbs in both bowls (I used Chunky). Add water to one of the bowls and mix well. Dip the sandwich in the dry mixture then in the wet then back again in the dry. Fry it and enjoy
