Instructions
Use firm mangoes, not overly soft ones. Slice the mangoes from all sides, then cut them into strips or cubes of a similar size. Place them in a large bowl.

Cut the Red Bell Pepper into strips or cubes, similar in size to the mango.

Slice the Cucumbers into similar pieces, using only the outer part near the skin, discarding the seedy core if preferred.

Slice the Red Onion thinly. Add all these prepared vegetables to the bowl with the mango.

Roughly chop the Fresh Cilantro and Fresh Mint and add them to the bowl with the mango and vegetables.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Lemon Juice, Minced Garlic, Chili Flakes, Salt, Black Pepper, and Olive Oil until well combined.

Pour the Dressing over the mango and vegetable mixture in the large bowl. Toss everything gently to ensure all ingredients are well coated.
