  1. To prepare the milk, add 6 tablespoons of powdered milk to 350 ml of water. Stir until completely dissolved.
  2. In a deep bowl, place the ground meat, add the egg, garlic powder, onion powder, chopped parsley, minced onion, toast slice soaked in milk, salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients together very well using your hands. Roll into medium sized meatballs and refrigerate for some time.
  3. In a hot pan over heat, add some oil, add the meatballs and cook turning continuously until brown on each side and cooked throughout. Remove from heat.
  4. In the same pan add butter and flour, whisk until it turns brown. Slowly stir in beef broth and milk. Bring to a simmer until sauce starts to thicken. Add the meatballs back to the pan and simmer for another 1-2 minutes, add worchestershire sauce. Serve with mashed potatoes.
