Summer Pasta Salad with Hot Dog

Boil the hot dogs in water for 10 minutes. Once done, slice them into small pieces.
In a pan, heat 1 tbsp olive oil and lightly sauté the hot dog slices with 1 tbsp barbecue sauce for a smoky flavor. Set aside.
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, drain, and let it cool.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, sautéed hot dogs, diced bell pepper, onion (if using immediately), sweet corn, and kidney beans.
Add any additional vegetables or toppings you like, such as olives or cucumbers.
In a small bowl, mix the dry ranch seasoning with olive oil, water, and the lemon juice.
Add mustard and mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt) for creaminess. Mix well until smooth.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until everything is evenly coated.
For the best flavor, refrigerate for at least 10 minutes before serving.
