In a bowl, prepare the garlic mixture

Stuff the fish with 1/2 of the garlic mixture and brush it from the outside as well

In a bowl, add sliced green and red bell pepper and add the other 1/2 of the garlic mixture

Stuff the fish with the bell pepper (not the whole amount)

In an oven pan, add the sliced bell pepper then add the stuffed fish on top

Sprinkle the spice mix on the fish, then add fresh coriander to the pan especially at the face and tail

Juice 5-6 lemons on the fish, add sliced lemons on the face and garnish with sliced bell pepper

Add lots of oil (preferably olive oil) then cover with foil and leave in the fridge for at least an hour

Cook (while covered with foil) on high heat then on low heat for 20 minutes on the stove then grill in preheated oven
