Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage. Cut off the head of cabbage, the leaves will fall off during cooking. Boil the cabbage in a pot with salt and cumin.

Take the cabbage leaves out on a tray to cool, then cut them into pieces of a suitable size for stuffing. Remove any veins or thick stems.

In a pot, place a large leaf of cabbage, making sure it covers the entire bottom of the pot. After stuffing all the cabbage leaves and placing them in the pot, sprinkle some dried mint and add some tomato sauce diluted with water. Add boiling water to the cabbage. Place a plate on top of the cabbage, cover the pot, and leave it on low heat until it is cooked.

Cut the greens (dill - coriander - parsley), only use the leaves.

Grate the onions, and in a pot over heat, sauté the grated onions with some salt. After the onions wilt, add black pepper, seven spices, cumin, dried coriander, and chopped garlic. Add some of the chopped greens.

Add tomato juice, add some spice again (salt - pepper - coriander - seven spices), add tomato sauce. Leave it to simmer.

In another bowl, wash the white rice and drain well. Add the rest of the chopped greens and ground dried mint and stir well. Add them to the previously prepared sauce.
