Steak & Green Salsa Sandwich by Wunder

Instructions
Slice the onions thinly. In a pan on low, add the butter, olive oil, onions, salt & worcestershire sauce and allow the onions to soften and caramelise slowly stirring occasionally.
Pat your steak dry, season it generously with salt & pepper on both sides. Place it in a hot cast iron pan and cook for 2 minutes on one side. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
Lower the heat and add a the butter & stalk of rosemary for light flavouring and continue cooking for 1 more minute. Remove from pan and allow to rest.
In a small food processor, add all the spicy zhoug ingredients and pulse well.
Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Slice open the ciabatta bread and layer in the spicy gouda, cover and melt in the microwave.
Start assembling the sandwich with a layer of spicy zhoug, the sliced steak, caramelised onions, steak sauce, arugula and a generous grating of parmesan cheese.
