  1. In a bowl, add tomatoes, dill, garlic and onion.
  2. Add lemon juice and oil. Then season with salt, pepper, coriander, cumin and seafood spices. Mix well.
  3. Stuff the fish with the prepared mix.
  4. Dip the fish in the Wheat Bran and cover well.
  5. Line and oven tray with foil. Then add a rack on top and add the fish. Spray fish with oil.
  6. Place under the broil in the oven for 10 minutes on each side.
  7. In a chopper, add the crust ingredients and chop well.
  8. Spread the prepared mixture on the fish when ready.
