In a bowl mix salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, smoked paprika and oregano.

Add the spices to the meat and rub each side very well.

In another bowl mix together beef broth, BBQ sauce, Smoked Ketchup or just ketchup, Soy sauce,BBQ hot sauce and worcestershire sauce.

In a pressure cooker place the brisket, pour the sauce on the sides and cover with the lid.

Let it cook for 5 hours and add water when needed until the brisket is very tender.

Take the brisket out, separate it then return it back to the sauce left from the cooking.

Serve over mashed potatoes and add the sauce on the top.
