Smashed Potatoes

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes without peeling them.
  2. Grease the pyrex or oven tray with oil.
  3. Add the boiled potatoes to the tray and smash them using a cup (watch video for technique).
  4. Blend garlic, dill and coriander and put them in a small bowl.
  5. Add olive oil and zaatar, and mix .
  6. Stuff the smashed potatoes with the prepared mixture
  7. Bake in the oven until crispy.
