Smashed Potatoes

Boil the potatoes without peeling them.

Grease the pyrex or oven tray with oil.

Add the boiled potatoes to the tray and smash them using a cup (watch video for technique).

Blend garlic, dill and coriander and put them in a small bowl.

Add olive oil and zaatar, and mix .

Stuff the smashed potatoes with the prepared mixture

Bake in the oven until crispy.
