Instructions

  1. Season the shrimp with salt, black pepper, paprika, olive oil, and garlic.
  2. Grill the shrimp over heat for 2 minutes per side until cooked through but not tough.
  3. Mix the sauce ingredients: ketchup, mayonnaise, hot sauce, a pinch of sugar, vinegar, pickled cucumber, bell pepper, and avocado.
  4. Add the grilled shrimp to the sauce and stir.
  5. Cut the tortilla in half.
  6. Place lettuce on the tortilla, then add the shrimp mixture with sauce.
  7. Roll the tortilla tightly.
  8. Serve with a squeeze of lemon and a little sour cream.
