Description

Indulge in the unique flavors of our Seafood Lemon Dill Rice, an untraditional side dish that pairs perfectly with all seafood dishes.

  1. In saucepan add butter and a drizzle of oil so the butter doesn't burn.
  2. Add garlic, lemon juice and dill and stir until fragrant.
  3. Add lemon zest and cinammon stick (remove it before serving). 
  4. Add rice and stir, Then pour instant stock powder or broth (Optional).
  5. Pour hot water over the rice - each cup of rice takes 1 1/4 cups of water- and bring to a boil.
  6. Cover with a lid and leave it to simmer until rice absorbs all of the liquid.
  7. It should be ready within 15-20 min.
  8. Serve with your favorite seafood like shrimps, fish fillet, Salmon ... etc. and enjoy.
