In a pan, add ghee or lamb tail fat لية.

Add the kidneys and Sautee.

Prepare garlic, cumin, salt, and hot pepper, and grind them.

Add them to the skillet and Sautee them.

Add liver and stir until it is colored and changed.

Prepare hot pepper, bell pepper, and put them now.

In the middle, add garlic paste grinded earlier along with some oil.

Finish off with a pinch of cumin, nutmeg and vinegar.
