Place the toast slices into the toaster and toast them.

In a pan, add sugar and heat it until it starts to melt then add water and butter to the pan.

Continue stirring until the caramel, water, and butter blend together and melt into a smooth sauce.

Take a pyrex dish or any suitable dish and arrange the toasted bread slices in it.

Pour the caramel sauce over the toast, ensuring that it covers the slices evenly.

In another pan, off heat, add milk, sugar, corn starch, and semolina flour and mix well.

Once the mixture is well combined, place the pan over heat ,as the mixture heats up, it will start to thicken.

Keep stirring until it reaches a thick, pudding-like texture.

Once the mixture has thickened, add rose water and blossom water.

pour the semolina mixture over the caramel-covered toast in the pyrex. Spread it evenly to create a smooth layer.

Pour cream over the semolina layer, ensuring it covers the entire surface.
