Salmon With Dill And Cream Sauce

Instructions
Cut the salmon into equal slices.
In a pan, add olive oil, butter and cook the salmon on each side.
Season with salt and pepper.
Once the salmon starts to take a color, add lemon lemon zest and set it aside.
In the same pan, add butter, minced garlic, dijon mustard or normal mustard, lemon zest, cream, lemon juice, chopped dill and water.
Return the salmon to the pan.
Serve with white basmati rice or puréed potatoes and broccoli.
