Instructions

  1. In a container, mix the minced garlic and ginger , orange juice , soy sauce and honey or brown sugar .
  2. Add to the mix in the container pepper (optional).
  3. Dip the salmon in the mixture in the container.
  4. In a pan , cook the salmon to reach medium not well done for a better taste.
  5. Use the sauce left in the pan as a sauce on top of the salmon.
