Spread the drained and rinsed chickpeas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Drizzle olive oil over the chickpeas and sprinkle with salt. Toss & massage to combine evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through (at the 15-minute mark).

While the chickpeas are baking, prepare your spices. Combine cumin, thyme, and paprika in a small bowl.
