¹⁄₂ cup Salt
¹⁄₄ cup Sugar
Lemon Slices
Thyme
Rosemary
Bay Leaves
Cardamom
Anise Star
Black Peppercorns

Chicken Marinade

Butter
Fresh Parsley
Minced Garlic
Chicken Spices
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper

Instructions

Chicken Brine

Add boiling water to the sugar and salt and dissolve well

MARK AS COMPLETE
Add room temperature water and all the other spices

MARK AS COMPLETE
Add the chicken and refrigerate from 2 hours to 24 hours

Chicken Marination & Cooking

Remove chicken from brine and dry well, make room between the skin and the meat then rub the chicken with the marinade inside and outside

Roast in the oven 180 degrees 1- 1/2 to 2 hours

Instructions

Chicken Brine

Add boiling water to the sugar and salt and dissolve well

Add room temperature water and all the other spices

Add the chicken and refrigerate from 2 hours to 24 hours
