Chicken Marinade

Instructions

Chicken Brine

  1. Add boiling water to the sugar and salt and dissolve well
  2. Add room temperature water and all the other spices
  3. Add the chicken and refrigerate from 2 hours to 24 hours

Chicken Marination & Cooking

  1. Remove chicken from brine and dry well, make room between the skin and the meat then rub the chicken with the marinade inside and outside
  2. Roast in the oven 180 degrees 1- 1/2 to 2 hours
